FAQ ABOUT THE CORE IDENTITY INTENSIVE™
You’ve had the insight. You’ve done the work. The pattern is still running. These answers explain why — and what actually eliminates it.
CORE METHODOLOGY
What is Storyless Methodology™?
Storyless Methodology™ is a rapid approach to identity-level change that eliminates unconscious patterns in 4 sessions without requiring you to retell your history. Inclusive of onboarding, this program is called the Core Identity Intensive™ (CII™). CII uses Mental & Emotional Release (MER®) to target unconscious beliefs like ‘I’m not good enough’ at their root — eliminating the pattern and replacing it with an identity that aligns with your conscious goals. No narrative excavation, no months of talk therapy.
Core Identity Intensive™ (CII™)
The Core Identity Intensive™ is a high-performance resolution program designed to eliminate chronic professional bottlenecks — such as burnout and imposter syndrome — at the unconscious level. Delivered over 6 weeks, the program uses Storyless Methodology™ to bypass traditional talk therapy, focusing instead on structural neurological shifts. It is built for professionals who require a definitive, one-time transformation rather than ongoing maintenance or symptom management.
Most approaches to burnout, imposter syndrome, or self-sabotage focus on managing symptoms — mindfulness, stress reduction, cognitive reframing. Those help at the surface, but the pattern remains. The Storyless Methodology of the Core Identity Intensive eliminates the pattern at the root belief driving it, so you’re not managing the problem — you’ve resolved it.
Storyless Methodology™
Storyless Methodology™ is a proprietary tactical framework designed to bypass the traditional “narrative loop” of talk therapy. Instead of spending months excavating the past or retelling the history of a problem, this approach identifies the underlying neurological and emotional structures keeping a pattern in place. By targeting the “how” of a problem rather than the “why,” we produce structural change in high-stakes environments where time is the most constrained resource.
The Storyless Methodology™ is also the foundational framework behind the Business Partners Renaissance™ co-founder conflict resolution program at FounderReset.co.
What is identity-level change?
Identity-level change targets the unconscious beliefs that define who you think you are — “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not the one who should be in this room,” “If they knew the full picture, it would fall apart” — not just what you do or how you think. It’s structural transformation at the root, not symptom management at the surface.
When you eliminate an identity-level pattern, the behaviors driven by that pattern disappear automatically or become easy targets for change instead of entrenched obstacles. You don’t need to “practice” delegation if the belief “I can’t trust others” is gone. You don’t need to “manage” imposter syndrome if the belief “I’m a fraud” has been replaced with “I am the leader.”
Results hold because we’re not teaching strategies to cope with the pattern. We’re eliminating the pattern so coping is no longer on the table.
Identity-Level Change
Identity-level change targets the unconscious beliefs that define your self-concept — “I am a fraud,” “I am not the one who should be making these calls” — rather than just modifying behavior. It is structural transformation at the root, which means changes hold without willpower because the old pattern no longer has a belief to run on. When the belief changes, the behavior that depended on it changes with little to no effort.
What is pattern elimination?
Pattern elimination takes place at the unconscious level where the core identity belief and the emotional charges keeping it “real enough” to drive your behavior are gone — not managed, not understood, not reframed. Gone.
Most therapy and coaching focus on pattern awareness (understanding why you do what you do) or pattern management (strategies to cope with the behavior). Those approaches help, but the pattern remains active. You’re left to manage it indefinitely.
Pattern elimination releases the negative emotions attached to the core belief and consciously installs a new, empowering identity at the unconscious level. The old pattern no longer undermines your logical preferences in the form of stress responses or self-sabotage. You’ve structurally changed how you operate.
Pattern Elimination
Pattern elimination is the process of disrupting and deleting the “autopilot” responses that lead to burnout or self-sabotage. We don’t excavate the story behind a pattern — we target the structure keeping it active and use precise interventions to break the neurological loop so the trigger extinguishes and the old response no longer fires, even under the conditions that used to guarantee it would.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy typically focuses on understanding your past and developing insight into why you feel or behave a certain way. Coaching focuses on strategies, accountability, and goal-setting. Both are valuable — but they address the conscious mind.
Storyless Methodology™ of the Core Identity Intensive™ works directly with the unconscious patterns creating your current experience. We don’t need months of narrative exploration or accountability check-ins. We identify the core belief (word-for-word), release the emotional charges holding it in place using Mental & Emotional Release® (MER®), and install a new identity — in 4 sessions across 5 weeks (preceded by an initial onboarding week consisting of 4 calls, 15 minutes each).
If you’ve tried therapy or coaching and gained insight without transformation, this is the structural approach for achieving what has remained out of reach.
Mental & Emotional Release® (MER®)
Mental & Emotional Release® (MER®) is a clinically researched methodology used to eliminate the unconscious patterns that create professional bottlenecks. Unlike traditional methods that require talking through the past, MER® works with how your brain stores memories to release primary negative emotions and beliefs keeping the pattern active at their root. In this program, clearings are targeted and sequential — once an emotion or belief is addressed, the resolution is immediate and lasting, not ongoing management.
STRUCTURE & SEQUENCE
What happens in a session / program?
Core Identity Intensive™ (CII™) sessions are scheduled for two hours over Zoom. In practice, they can range from one to 2.5 hours with the duration getting shorter as the program progresses. We keep small talk and weekly check-ins to a minimum. Every session is focused, structured, and results-driven.
The CII includes:
- The ideal outcomes you define in advance (which serve as the progress tracking sheet you use to monitor your results at the start and finish of each session)
- Four 15-minute onboard meetings on consecutive days (week 0)
- Four sessions across 5 weeks starting weeks 1, 2, 4, 5. (This structure gives you concentrated identity-level work plus integration time between sessions.)
Nervous System Stabilization (Onboarding)
Each onboard meeting focuses on a different quick and easy method to de-stress and regulate your state so you can access accurate signal when analysis and pressure are generating noise. Some methods are best done in private. Others are usable in public and particularly useful when a high-stakes situation at work demands a clean read — before you react.
The fourth onboard meeting is a review of your ideal outcomes and how to evaluate your progress without the conscious mind attempting to problem-solve emotional issues with logic and perpetuate remaining stuck.
Sessions
Remember, these sessions take place without any need for you to retell your personal history. The structure of each session unfolds in the order listed below.
Session 1
- Dissolve the inner bias that favors keeping the problem (given how change, even if seen as beneficial by the conscious mind, can trigger fear at the unconscious level since it often views any important unknown as a risk to survival)
- Release the negative emotions of anger and sadness at their respective roots with Mental and Emotional Release®
- Evaluate progress using your self-authored tracking sheet
Session 2
- Evaluate progress in the background since the previous session using your self-authored tracking sheet
- Reverse-engineer, word-for-word, the core identity belief (typically formed around age 7, three years before the conscious mind arrives in full form)
- Release the negative emotions of fear, hurt, guilt and shame at their respective roots with MER®
- Release the outdated identity belief with MER®
- Release anxiety (in the unlikely case it can still be found) with MER®
- Evaluate progress using your self-authored tracking sheet
Session 3
- Evaluate progress in the background since the previous session using your self-authored tracking sheet
- Eliminate any lingering residua of the old identity belief
- Establish the new self emerging
- Identify your life values and desired life scenarios over the next 3, 7, and 15 years
- Reverse-engineer the new core identity belief and vet that it best aligns with your life values and future visions
- Lock your new identity belief in place at the unconscious level
- Evaluate progress using your self-authored tracking sheet
Session 4
As you might expect, for this session, leaders usually opt for a business goalsetting, vetting, and visualization process using the SMART Goal methodology. While many are familiar with SMART Goals at the conscious level, we use both the conscious and unconscious versions to ensure the greatest uptake and follow-through (by maximizing alignment of the two minds on the pursuit and fulfillment of the goal with any potential for self-sabotage eliminated before the goal is formally set).
- Evaluate progress in the background since the previous session using your self-authored tracking sheet
- Develop a goal attainment statement that allows for a quantified result (or more) by a specified date (or sooner)
- Verify the goal is SMART at conscious level
- Verify the goal is SMART at the unconscious level
- Eliminate any inner resistance or possible self-sabotage (readjust the goal if concerns are logical)
- Prepare to visualize the goal as achieved by developing deeply sensory elements related to what, when, where, who, why, and how.
- Experience the visualization, vividly
- Place the visualization at a specific date of fulfillment on your timeline
- Plant the flag of victory when seeing your self-authored tracking sheet fully achieved
Options other than a SMART Goal are available for this session now that the earlier sessions have attained peace with the past and you’ve established your identity OS as your new performance foundation.
Inevitably, because this is a human to human (H2H) process, story may leak out from time to time. If it turns out relationships with others were pivotal in the formation and perpetuation of negative emotions (and such relationships may even be ongoing), releasing the charge on those people and events is one option for remaining resourceful amid old triggers, going forward.
If procrastination is blocking the final launch of your power platform, we can do a definitive, dedicated elimination of it that is a one-and-done where no “homework” is required for reinforcement and it will apply to all areas of your life, not just business.
How many sessions will I need?
The Core Identity Intensive™ program includes onboarding during week 0 followed by four sessions across 5 weeks (weeks 1, 2, 4, 5). This structure gives you concentrated identity-level work plus integration time between sessions.
For most high-performing professionals dealing with burnout, imposter syndrome, delegation blocks, or self-sabotage, this combination of onboarding for nervous system regulation as a bridge into the 4 sessions will be sufficient to eliminate the pattern and establish the new identity.
If your situation is more complex (owing to severe clinical symptoms, ongoing trauma, or entrenched secondary gain), we’ll assess that during our Calibration Call and recommend whether additional sessions or clinical referrals are appropriate.
Unconscious Mind
The unconscious mind handles everything you do without thinking — from breathing to your deepest emotional reactions and professional habits. It is the “operating system” where your core patterns and identity are stored. Because the unconscious mind drives 90–95% of behavior, we work directly with it to create immediate change without requiring months of talk therapy or conscious-mind analysis.
Is this done in-person or virtually?
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. This allows for complete privacy, eliminates travel time, and ensures you’re in a comfortable, familiar environment. Sessions are best scheduled after work or on work from home days. The ability to keep our sessions away from business meetings immediately before and after helps ensure you get deeper and faster results from the program.
Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person for this methodology — the work happens at the unconscious level, not through physical presence.
How long does the process take?
After one hour of onboarding during week 0, the program is 4 sessions across 5 weeks.
Each session is scheduled for two hours during weeks 1, 2, 4, and 5.
Total time investment: 1 hour of onboarding, 8 hours of session time + integration between sessions. Compare that to months or years of weekly therapy or coaching.
Note: The gap in week 3 allows for neurological stabilization from the first half of the program to the second. The first two sessions eliminate the emotional triggers and outdated identity beliefs formed earlier in life. In the third and fourth sessions, you establish your new identity belief and embody the success metrics at work the new belief enables (in much the same way as professional athletes use guided visualization to make their subsequent performance follow naturally).
OUTCOMES & EVIDENCE
What results can I expect?
You declare your measurable outcomes before onboarding and use what you have written as a progress tracking sheet you monitor at the start and finish of every session. Common results include:
- Burnout elimination: Restored energy, ability to rest deeply, no more system-locked-in-overdrive
- Imposter syndrome resolution: Confidence in high-stakes situations, no more “I’m a fraud” intrusive thoughts
- Delegation without resistance: Trusting your team, releasing control, scaling without bottlenecks
- Performance anxiety gone: Calm in pitch meetings, investor calls, and high-visibility moments
- Identity clarity: Alignment with the next version of yourself, not the role you’ve outgrown
Results are rapid (noticeable by Session 1), structural (the pattern is eliminated, not managed), and permanent (you don’t “relapse” because the unconscious belief is replaced, not suppressed).
See real client transformations and measurable outcomes. (Individual results vary. Client experiences on the results page reflect specific cases.)
How do I know if this program will work for me?
The Core Identity Intensive™ is most effective for high-performing professionals who:
- Are stuck at an identity level (not just needing better strategies)
- Have tried traditional approaches (therapy, coaching, meditation) without enduring transformation
- Value privacy and discretion (no group work, no public vulnerability)
- Are ready to invest in a concentrated, one-time intensive
The best indicator: if you’ve had insight into why you’re stuck but haven’t experienced actual change, this is the structural approach that was absent from the previous approaches you tried or considered.
Note: If you’re in active crisis, need clinical mental health treatment (medication management, severe trauma), or want ongoing therapy/coaching, CII™ is not the right fit. (Gray area? If a formal diagnosis is active but you sense a fit, bring it to the Calibration Call — a referral from your diagnosing professional may be all that’s needed to proceed.)
I’m analytical and skeptical — will this work for someone like me?
Being analytical and skeptical is an asset here, not a liability. It means you already see that linear, conscious-mind approaches (therapy, coaching, strategies) have given you insight without structurally changing how you actually operate under pressure.
The Core Identity Intensive™ works at the level where the pattern lives: unconscious, symbolic, emotional identity beliefs formed well before you had an adult analytical mind. We release the emotional load reinforcing that belief, remove it, and install a more accurate identity so the “many problems” you see in burnout, delegation, and imposter syndrome no longer need to be managed.
You do not have to “believe” in any particular model. You do need to be willing to let change happen in a non-linear way while we track it in very linear terms: how you behave, decide, and hold your ground in real situations.
Session 1 is a proof-of-concept — if the charge on your pattern doesn’t shift or the work doesn’t feel structurally different from what you’ve tried before, you’ll receive a full refund of your unused sessions. You’ll know within the session whether something real moved, not weeks later.
How do you measure whether this is working for a founder like me?
Before Session 1, you create a simple “Four Quadrants” snapshot of your life: sense of purpose, patterns of thought, emotional congruency, and physical fitness. In each quadrant you define what you want more of and less of… your own full-spectrum definition of success — not just “fix delegation” or “stop burnout” (although you can include them as well).
There is no required homework, and nothing to fit into your schedule between sessions. Clients score their progress in the room against the Four Quadrants Intake — at the end of session one, and at the start and finish of sessions two, three, and four — so every session accounts for the time since the last one.
As you move through your weeks, things like cleaner delegation, calmer board meetings, or restructuring your role usually begin to show up on their own. These concrete changes matter, but they’re treated as downstream effects of identity shift — not the primary scorecard. The real question is whether your day-to-day experience across all Four Quadrants is coming into alignment with what you wrote down at the start.
You see the delta at each session in your own words, not weeks later wondering if anything moved.
How does the Core Identity Intensive™ address different issues like burnout, performance blocks, or imposter syndrome?
The Core Identity Intensive™ is a single, comprehensive program that targets identity-level patterns regardless of how they show up in your life. Whether you’re experiencing burnout, delegation blocks, performance anxiety, or scaling plateaus, the root cause is the same: unconscious identity beliefs formed early in life that are actively costing you leverage, presence, and scale.
The program doesn’t change based on your symptoms — the methodology (pattern targeting, emotional pattern clearing, identity reclamation, integration) stays the same.
Start with the Availability page to clarify how the intensive will be tailored to your situation.
Is this a standard behavioral or mindset coaching intervention?
No. The Core Identity Intensive™ program, a Storyless Methodology™, uses specific neurological protocols — including MER® and NLP — as strategic modalities. The program is defined by its resolution of the bottlenecks, not the tools it applies.
INVESTMENT & POLICIES
What is the investment?
The Core Identity Intensive™ is an upfront, one-time investment designed for professionals requiring structural resolution rather than open-ended support. Because this is an outcome-based methodology with a fixed number of sessions available per week, we prioritize cases where the bottleneck is acute and the professional is ready for immediate shift (in other words, those who would benefit most from the program). On the Availability page, you can dialog with the AI Guide to explore fit and set up a Calibration Call with Eric Rosen. The Core Identity Intensive™ is $8,000 (as of October 2026), upfront prior to onboarding. The Calibration Call confirms fit — not the investment and its ROI.
BEFORE THE CALIBRATION CALL, RUN YOUR NUMBERS
Most professionals carrying one of these patterns underestimate the financial weight. Not because they’re not paying attention — because the cost accumulates across domains simultaneously: revenue left on the table, decisions made from the wrong identity, relationships that quietly erode.
The calculator below estimates your personal cost based on your pattern, income, and how long it’s been running.
Calculate My Cost of Staying StuckWhat’s your refund policy?
If after Session 1 you decide this isn’t the right fit, you’ll receive a refund of your unused sessions in full — no questions asked.
This caps your exposure at just one session and ensures you’re fully committed only after experiencing the methodology firsthand. Session 1 is the proof-of-concept. If it does not resonate, you are not locked in.
What if I need more than 4 sessions?
Most professionals make the identity shift in 4 sessions. In the exceptional case where your situation involves a more entrenched form of secondary gain (i.e., unconscious reasons to keep the status quo despite the conscious mind’s strong desire to change it) we’ll identify if this phenomenon is present by the end of Session 1. We would then schedule an additional session at no cost dedicated to surfacing the true nature of the secondary gain. Typically, once we bring it up into conscious awareness, it is easy to get the program back on track.
Secondary Gain
Secondary gain is a psychological phenomenon where the unconscious mind preserves a destructive pattern (like burnout or self-sabotage) because it perceives a hidden benefit in doing so — such as safety, avoidance of responsibility, or validation. Because these “gains” are unconscious, they often undermine conscious attempts at change. The Core Identity Intensive™ identifies and resolves these hidden drivers to ensure transformation is total and permanent.
One other instance where an additional session may be added at no charge is to bring your self-authored progress tracking sheet to the finish line. This too is rare.
If it turns out ongoing support is required (possible undiagnosed clinical issues, severe trauma, medication management), I’ll refer you to trusted therapists or psychiatrists. I respect when a different kind of support is the right call.
The Core Identity Intensive™ program is designed for rapid, structural change, not indefinite maintenance. As such, my philosophy of practice is, “Transformation, not treatment.”
QUALIFICATION & NEXT STEPS
Who is this program NOT for?
This work is NOT for you if:
- You’re looking for ongoing therapy or a long-term coaching relationship
- You need clinical mental health treatment (medication management, severe trauma, active crisis)
- You want someone to tell you what to do (this program eliminates what’s blocking you — it doesn’t prescribe strategies as would a consultant or mentor)
- You suspect secondary gain and are not ready to let go of the pattern (sometimes the identity we’ve built around our limitations feels safer than change)
If you need a different kind of support, I respect that — and I’ll point you in the right direction.
How do I get started?
The first step is the Availability Page. Complete a brief evaluation with our intake system to assess fit and clarify your measurable outcomes. If there’s a fit, you’ll schedule a Calibration Call to secure one of the limited enrollment slots.
